On 18 April, the planning of your wedding reception schedule

Your wedding reception schedule must be well thought out, simply because after a few drinks, everyone will begin to relax and time will be to escape! And you certainly want to be cut the cake at midnight!

Here is an overview of my calendar that you can use as a guide. But first, a few tricks and tips for your wedding planning.

It is important to plan the wedding reception timeline well and make sure that the feast of marriage is clearly what are their roles, where they must be when and what they should do. Print it out and give to all members of the feast of marriage.

As the bride and groom, it is your work to relax and enjoy the day; While your ushers and bridesmaids ensure you that your deadlines are met. You'll also need to let your suppliers about the timeline, so they know too where be when.

Your wedding reception timeline

The timeline very much depends on when you have your ceremony, mainly because everything flows on after it. The most important thing is the food, it is simply because the food to be served if cooked hot and cold if buffet - thus caterers will need to know when to be served.

You should also consider the number of guests you have. Several guests mean that the process will be slower that you will need to get from one place to another. For example, to get the guests seated for lunch or to the right place for the cutting of the cake.

An invaluable resource is to have a toastmaster to direct people. For the reception of my marriage, my brother has done the honors and he was brilliant, slick and smooth (in good way!). My photographer commented it was easy to do its job, which he called the people at the right time. I assume that this is what happens when you spend your life shouting people all day (it is officer in the army).

Don't forget that people bother standing autour of chat for a bit of time, but we all love to sit down after about 30 minutes standing. This is particularly true for the great aunt Maud, which is a little wobbly on his feet. Therefore, make sure that you always have a sitting area.

If there will be a long wait between arriving at the place and dinner, some nibbles will contribute to hunger of clients and their tipsiness. Some sofas will be received in the meantime that the bride and to initiate to arrive.

14 h 30 - ceremony at the Church.

16: 45 - plant of bride and Groom around complete with guests (as opposed to a line of official reception).

17: 45 - sit down dinner. Once everyone is seated, father of the bride welcomed everyone.

18: 00 - dinner is served. The table of marriage is served or service themselves, followed by the rest of the tables.

18 h 45 - flat main dishes are identified. The Office of cheese and desserts are set out. Table of marriage are served or serve themselves. The rest of the tables to follow.

7: 15 p.m. - all desired and covered dishes are identified.

7: 30 pm - all glasses are filled for the toast.

19 h 45 - the beginning of marriage speech. Father of the start flange, then married to thank all those, then the best Man.

20 h 30 - cutting of the cake. The bottom layer was used throughout the night nibbles.

21 h 00 - first of all to dance.

21 h 15 - begins.

You can also choose to serve more food later in the evening, a Council of cheese or cold buffet, burgers, brochettes (you name)!

We stayed until the end of our party, but some newly attached couples choose to repel earlier in the light of moon, usually to catch their flights of honeymoon!

Don't forget that you can take the time to throw your bouquet. This can be done when you quit or more early in the day if you want. Only it corresponds to the wedding reception timeline that you want.

The final thought. Today, the deadline for receipt of marriage may be flexible enough to respond to the different styles of marriage. Do you feel must follow a formal route, if this is not your style.
